1. What is the return and exchange policy?
ShopLinuxGear.com via CafePress.com
offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all
products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please
contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and
instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not
refundable.

2. I have not received my order, what can I do?
Check the status of your order by visiting
your Order
Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most
current information regarding your order.
When you click on Order Status, you will be
prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order
summary page will provide you with detailed information about your
current or past orders.
If your order has been shipped via UPS, you
may track it using links provided in your order detail.
If your order has been in transit or
production for longer than the stated transit or production time feel

3. Do you ship internationally? Yes,
we do ship to most international locations. All orders are shipped via
UPS and take anywhere from 8 to 14 business days for delivery, depending
on your shipping address. Please refer to the following link for our

4. How do I change my order? If
you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item
or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and
place a new order.

6. What are the care instructions for apparel?
Apparel (includes t-shirts,
sweatshirts and baby items)
You might notice that new apparel products feel
stiff. Don't worry, they will soften after the first
wash.
We suggest: Wash in cold water. NO BLEACH
Tumble-dry with low heat If necessary, warm iron inside out.
Mugs
We recommend hand washing for all mugs and
coasters. Mugs and coasters can be washed in the dishwasher or used in
the microwave, but prolonged exposure to high heat may fade images. Some
dishwashers use extremely hot water or high heat during the drying cycle
which can cause your mugs to fade.
Mousepads or any bags
In case you need to wash your mousepad or any
bags, we suggest washing in cold water and air-drying.
Hats
Washing machines tend to crumple the bills on
caps, so we suggest hand washing and trying to avoid moistening the
bill. Air dry.
7. How do I order by phone?
Before calling, please note the Product Numbers
of the items you want to order. To find the Product Number, just click
on your item of interest and locate the Product Number below the item
name (such as White T-Shirt).

8. What are your different payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the
major credit card companies listed above). You can safely enter your
entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all
submitted information.
Paying by Check Card? If you're paying with a
Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular
credit card.
We're sorry but we do not accept checks,
money orders, or paypal at this time.
